Alternative Capital Funding

Fastnet Funding was launched by entrepreneurs to provide alternative lending sources for fellow entrepreneurs. The intention is to provide capital solutions for the estimated 83% of real estate loan applicants turned down annually by banks in the United States. Most borrowers are not aware that an entirely different form of borrowing exists, known as alternative capital funding. Typically, this form of funding doesn’t require the stringent lending guidelines required by banks.

The loans are made by private lenders and equity partners. Generally, these lenders are asset based, which means their approvals are tied to the rental income of the property and NOT the W2 personal income of the borrower. Guidelines for alternative lending products DO NOT require TAX RETURNS, entail minimal documentation, accept lower credit scores (551+), provide fast approval and closing time.
